To be specific, their success in 2022 puts them amongst the top 1.5% of the 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals in the country.

To qualify for
America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, an individual agent must have closed at least 40 residential transaction sides — meaning they successfully served as either the buying or selling agent at least 40 times. Or, they must have had at least $16 million in sales volume in 2022. And a team must close 60 residential transaction sides or $24 million in closed sales volume.
