The Group Real Estate Included in 2023 Realtrends America’s Best Rankings

Organized by RealTrends and Tom Ferry, America’s Best Real Estate Professionals honors and ranks the top producing real estate agents and teams from all across the country, and this year’s ranking includes 35 Group Agents and 9 Teams at The Group Real Estate. These hard-working agents are among the top agents in the United States! To be specific, their success in 2022 puts them amongst the top 1.5% of the 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals in the country.

 

Group Agents on this list work in both our Northern Colorado offices and Steamboat Springs office. For Fort Collins and Loveland, our agents represent 24 of the 49 total ranking individuals serving the area. And Group Real Estate agents represent 10 of the 24 ranking individual agents serving Steamboat Springs. This means nearly 50% of all top-ranking agents in each market work at The Group!

 

To qualify for America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, an individual agent must have closed at least 40 residential transaction sides — meaning they successfully served as either the buying or selling agent at least 40 times. Or, they must have had at least $16 million in sales volume in 2022. And a team must close 60 residential transaction sides or $24 million in closed sales volume.
