With nearly 30 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent, I am confident in my ability to help clients navigate the Northern Colorado real estate marketplace, whether they are buying or selling a home. I truly enjoy helping people make their most important investment decisions, whether it be a forever home or financial project, and advising them on how to create the most equity when selling or the best conclusion when buying. Many former clients have become life-long friends and that’s probably the biggest reward I could ask for in this business. I also maintain great relationships with fellow Real Estate Agents in the community, which makes a difference when negotiating for my clients.
I am among the top 1% of all Real Estate Agents in Larimer County based on sales volume and was named one of America’s top real estate agents by RealTrends. I’ve obtained real estate designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and a Certified EcoBroker.
Although born in Alaska, I spent a few years in San Diego and the Phoenix area before moving to Fort Collins when I was a second grader. We then lived for two years overseas in England. I enjoyed growing up in beautiful Northern Colorado, graduating from Fort Collins High School, and attending Front Range Community College before committing to the real estate industry in 1994.
Being married to my best friend, Shauna, has been the highlight of my life. We have two grown daughters, Stephanie and Meghan, a son, Skyler, and two grandchildren. We currently live in Windsor but have lived in several different spots throughout this area over the years. In my free time, I most enjoy wake surfing, mountain biking, and CrossFit. When we aren’t camping and exploring the outdoors of Colorado, we like to spend time at our second home in Bocas Del Toro, Panama. Shauna and I are Alexis de Tocqueville members of United Way and have worked with many other local organizations and programs, including WomenGive, Adaptive Recreational Opportunities, Christmas on Wheels, Salvation Army, Respite Care, and the Humane Society.
